Tracy excels in customer service.  She has developed successful relationships with many account managers and their assistants, becoming their go-to person for training, advice, and assistance when it comes to budgeting, funding procedures, and SAP reporting.  Tracy cares that managers and their assistants know how to use SAP in the most efficient manner so that they can manage their accounts more effectively.
