INFORMATION:

• New SAP messages were added to the Over Budget Report in February, 2009.  See Over Budget Report - New Messages for details.
• Email notifications of over-expended budgets and related escalations began on November 3, 2008.  See the October 24, 2008, announcement below for further information.
• The Over Budget Report was released in September, 2008.  Use SAP transaction ZOVERBUDGET to run the report.  For further information, see the announcement below and find training documents in the Reference Materials & Training section.
• A new SAP report was released in 2008 that helps with the Budgeting by Position process by comparing permanent budget and HR position data.  The HR/FM Salary-Budget Comparison Report runs in the BEx Analyzer, so access to the BP2 system in SAP is required to operate it.  To obtain access to this and other BEx Analyzer and Budget Development reports, complete and submit the Budget Development Security Form.
