IBC meetings are normally held in the Thornton House Conference Room at 344 West Woods Street.

Applications need to be submitted on or before the agenda deadline to be reviewed by the board at that month's meeting. If there are no IBC applications submitted by the monthly deadline, the IBC meeting may be cancelled.
