Total Project Cost: $63,508,763 (CIP / Program)

Status: The fourth academic building on the RRHEC campus will be approximate 100,000 gross square foot. The occupants of the building will include: Clinical Laboratory Science, Health Administration, Health Information Management, Social Work, the College of Health Professions Advising Center, the Texas Long Term Care Institute, and possibly the Dean of the College. This project was included in a Legislative Appropriation Request (LAR) submittal. Programming is complete. The program cost estimate and project budget are under review.
