The scope of the Baseball / Softball Complex Enhancements Phase I includes the addition to each field of new cantilevered covered metal bleachers (Baseball-2000, Softball-1000), press box facilities with luxury suites, depressed home and visitor’s dugouts, batting cages, public restrooms, field maintenance structure, and ticket operations facilities. In addition, limited site enhancements will be considered as add alternates, including new grass berm seating, site walls and gates, electrical relocation, storm drainage containment, new entrance, bus stop, and additional parking.
