As the final phase of the North Campus Enhancement package, the Cogen Office / Shop Addition project provides for the construction of an 8,000-10,000 square foot building to support the existing Cogeneration Plant facility. The addition will house offices, clean room, parts and chemical storage, and shops. The existing work areas at the Cogeneration Plant are inadequate and hamper productivity (due to excess noise, site access, limited space, and inherent cleanliness issues).
