The principal feature of the Concho Street Redevelopment projects is replacing Concho Street with a landscape mall (“Concho Green”) from Moon Street to LBJ Street. The project also includes landscape, sidewalk and grade improvements around the Undergraduate Admissions Center, Admissions Annex and along connecting streets from the upgraded areas to University Drive on the south edge of campus. The project will enhance pedestrian access and provide a visual connection between residence halls, Undergraduate Admissions Center complex and the Theater Center. Gateway signage at University Drive and C. M. Allen is included.
