Status: The A-E has initiated several stakeholder meetings. Arrangements are underway for temporary classroom buildings to be installed on-site during construction. Refinement of floor plans and exterior architecture to be compatible with the original building and environment are in development.

The project will add a new 26,200 two level wing on the existing Family & Consumer Sciences building. An Architect was selected and a contract executed. After evaluation of possible construction delivery methods, the
University and TSUS determine competitive sealed proposals (CSP) to be the most appropriate for this
project. The site survey and soils evaluation are complete.
