Status: An Architect was selected and stakeholder meetings completed. A scope and phasing plan draft was developed to meet  budget and funding needs. The programming and design process is approximately 10% complete.

A Greenhouse complex needed to meet the teaching and research mission for a large biology department is very specialized, requiring a design team with strong greenhouse expertise. Due to budget and funding limitations, the Greenhouse, Head-house and Conservatory complex will need to be constructed as a multi-phased project.
