As one of five projects in the North Campus Enhancement package, the North Housing Complex will be a traditional residence facility for approximately 650 students. Status: Programming is six months behind the original project schedule. As a result the delay, design development approval by the BOR is now projected for August 2008. Construction is expected to start in mid-2009 with completion in May 2011 and occupancy in August 2011. The CIP scope and TPC were taken directly from the Campus Master Plan and are expected to improve as the project is refined during programming and design. An Architect and CM@R contractor were selected in the summer 2007.
