Status: After an extensive cost reduction design review, the 20% schematic designs and construction
cost estimate were approved by TSUS. An NTP was issued to the A-E to prepare design development
documents. The project has a very compressed schedule to open in fall 2010.

The new School of Nursing will be the second academic building at the RRHEC campus. Following the campus master plan, it will be four floors with approximately 77,750 square feet, containing lecture halls, classrooms, offices, high tech labs, exam rooms, and supporting facilities. Programming is complete and a final report delivered. Design is 15% complete.
