The new Nursing Building will be the second academic building at the RRHEC campus. Following the campus master plan, it will be four floors containing lecture halls, classrooms, offices, high tech labs, exam rooms, and supporting facilities. The Design Development documents and project budget were approved at the Board in August 2008. To facilitate the compressed schedule, construction was to be undertaken in two stages with two GMP packages. Construction was initiated in January 2009 with approval of the site/foundation GMP package.
Status: Construction is 45% complete.
