A third project component is a Chilled Water Central Plant containing two 1500 ton chillers with space and infrastructure for one additional 1500 ton chiller. The facility will contain all of the support facilities (i.e. cooling towers, pumps, controls, piping, etc.) necessary to make it operational and expandable. The structure will include an architecturally pleasing enclosure to make the facility compatible with the architecture of the Performing Arts Center Complex.
