The Speck Street Garage project is to create a minimum of 721 spaces in a structured parking garage meeting the design guidelines of the Campus Master Plan and current building and accessibility codes. Additionally, the project will include: 1) pedestrian connector walkway to Read St. along Academy St., 2) bus stop shelter, 3) connector roadway for secondary egress into the garage and existing parking lot from Holland St, 4) replacement tree plantings and a landscape garden plaza at the north end of the garage to offset the loss of existing trees on the site.
