The building will be located in the Evans Parking Lot and will contain “shell” space for the future South Chill Plant.

Status:  Selection of a CM@R is complete and contract negotiations underway. Design is 10%
complete. The Schematic Design is scheduled to be completed in late summer 2008. Site selection
and integration of the chilled water plant and electrical infrastructure upgrades are currently being
evaluated. The overall project schedule and eventual occupancy have been negatively impacted by
various delays.
