97% Complete (Substantial completion has been delayed until May 2008, and full operation is projected for June 2008).

The Harris Plant project includes the demolition and replacement of all the aged chilled water and steam production equipment with four 550 ton chillers, two 20,000 lb/hr boilers and related auxiliaries. Space will also be allocated for future expansion of plant capacity. This project meets an immediate campus need with regards to improving system reliability and capability to handle future load growth on campus.
