Mission Finance and Support Services (FSS) Planning is dedicated to providing comprehensive planning services that aid in the successful completion of goals critical to the education, research, and public service mission of the University. Planning services include: development and implementation of strategic plans and assessment activities for the Vice President's Office and within the FSS Division; prioritization of automated projects within the division; development and implementation of a campus master plan and associated capital plans; coordination of programming activities for major renovations and new construction projects; supervision of the preparation of facility-related materials for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board; maintenance of the facilities inventory; identification of space need projections, assignments and utilization of classrooms and class labs; development of campus maps; and real estate services.
