Contract Authority

All university contracts must be in writing and must name Texas State University as a party. Divisions, colleges, departments, institutes, centers, and offices may not enter into contracts in their own names. UPPS 03.04.02 establishes policy for committing the University to partnerships or alliances with external entities.
